construction of the building was due to the faulty plans and drawings supplied by the Architects, the difficulties were much enhanced by the attitude Mr. Fisher adopted not only towards the Architects, who have made no complaints against other members of the Staff who were connected with the work, but towards the Director of Public Works himself for whom Mr. Fisher seems to have conceived an extraordinary and inexplicable dislike.
